By using the services of Black Tie Limo Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for airport transfers, weddings, and special events. A booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare. Special event bookings (weddings, proms) may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
All pricing is provided as a quote prior to your trip. Flat rates apply to airport transfers. Hourly rates apply to events, corporate service, and extended trips. Pricing does not include tolls, parking fees, or gratuity unless otherwise noted. We accept major payment methods as communicated during booking.
For airport pickups, a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is included after your flight lands. Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may be subject to charges. For all other pickups, a 10-minute grace period applies from the scheduled pickup time.
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any Black Tie vehicle. Excessive damage to the vehicle interior may result in additional charges. Black Tie Limo Services reserves the right to decline or terminate service if passenger conduct poses a safety concern.
Black Tie Limo Services is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to ensure safe transportation, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
Black Tie Limo Services is not responsible for personal items left in our vehicles. While we make every effort to locate and return lost items, we cannot guarantee their recovery. Please check the vehicle upon exiting.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
